Marshall-Bennett Named Petersburg Branch Manager

Citizens National Bank of Elkins announces the hiring of Kathy Marshall-Bennett to fill the branch manager position at their Petersburg branch office. She joins Citizens with 25 years of banking experience in the financial services industry.

A resident of Franklin, Marshall-Bennett is a board member of the Pendleton County Chamber of Commerce Board and Eastern WV Community Action Agency. She is a member of the Pendleton County Fair Association and an associate with Habit for Humanity’s ‘Women Build’ program.

Marshall-Bennett graduated from Circleville High School and attended Harford Community College in Bel Air, MD, and Wor-Wic Community College in Salisbury, MD. She received a certificate of achievement from Financial Institute of America.

She has two children, John Bennett and Kerry Claar, and one grandson, David Claar. She attends the Living Faith Church in Franklin.
